Media Background:

Before becoming a relationship therapist, I spent more than a decade working in the media across television, journalism and talent management, further details outlined below.

Now, able to draw upon my experience in both the media and relationship therapy, I’m available for expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, television, radio, features, events and social content.

Former Journalist:

I previously worked as Social Media Manager at James Grant Media Management, managing the social media platforms of high-profile clients including Davina McCall, Fearne Cotton, Ant & Dec and Stephen Mulhern, among others.

Before this, I worked as a journalist for a number of publications, most notably Mail Online and The Mail on Sunday. This followed several years working in television production at Endemol on shows such as Big Brother and Fame Academy.

My media career first began as a runner on the Trisha Goddard show. The audience warm up act didn't turn up on the first day, and within a few hours of being there - I had gained this person's gig and then proceeded to work both behind the scenes and in front of an audience for the duration of this role.

Podcasts, Social Media & See you next Tuesday

These days I bring that media experience together with my work as a relationship therapist and writer., talking about relationships, dating, attachment, inner-child work, boundaries and the psychology behind how we relate to each other.

I'm currently writing my first book about a therapist in therapy, See you next Tuesday, as well as appearing on podcasts and creating content across social media including TikTok where I originally only started posting videos to help people, and have since built a following of 40k+ followers.
